Modified the design to add more color and change the look of the navigation section

New Design DSS2
Hi All,
Modified web site design to have 3 columns, left column is navigation, middle is main text and images, and right is information that is present for all screens.
Updated copyright in footer to add year 2010
Modified photo gallaries with slightly smaller images so 3 will fit on one row
